We both were totally surprised with how clean our carpet was after Oxi carpet cleaning came. Also shocked that only took thirty minutes to clean!!! My husband normally would clean the carpet and it took him much longer to do it . We are very pleased with the results and price. We were not expecting the results received but, my husband is happy that he has found a company to take his place…,..Lol Jason was such a pleasure to work with as well.

I had a sofa and chair cleaned by a prompt, polite, and experienced tech, Jason, but a few hours later, the sofa felt sticky and after it dried, the fabric felt stiff. I posted these details in my post-service survey and Fred, the Oxi Fresh owner, gave me a call right away to see how this could be remedied immediately. He came at my convenience the next day. The sofa just needed a bit of an extra rinse and scrub from the extra stain/odor remover that had been applied to tough areas. I was really pleased with the professionalism and the end result. Thanks, Fred and Jason, for doing a great job.
