Walker did a fantastic job on cleaning and explaining everything and what to expect. He did a GREAT job. And I'll probably have yall out at our new house to clean two-three more rooms.

My service was never executed. I was not given accurate information originally about what I called for. The day of service the owner said I was yelling at him ……not the case and I acknowledged I have loud voice and apologized. He went on to tell me what I was setup for when I had an in depth conversation with a third party customer service rep who did as they wanted! I think his deposition was negative from the start!!!I’ll never recommend him or his company to anyone!

I teach business and marketing classes and like to leave good and improvement comments on any business who wants them.
1. The online reservation system was beyond easy. You get to chose what time and day you want on an easy form.
2. I scheduled the first time in conflict with another event. I called the 800 number up and they changed it quickly.
3. You should have taken before and after pictures as my white carpet had some really bad pet strains which you made back into a white carpet.
4. Many options to pay.
5. Done in a quick manner and a good follow up to what needs to be done later.
