The gentleman were decent. However the people in the past set you all apart. The previous trams made great efforts and did not miss a spot. Not so much this time.

I booked an appointment to get out area rugs cleaned. I was initially not satisfied with the service and called to let them know that the spots on the rugs and the dark areas caused by heavy traffic were not cleaned properly. Fred, the owner of the company, called me in less that 5 minutes and he offered to redo our area rugs the very next day. He did an excellent job cleaning them and they look brand new. Their customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Oxi fresh to my friends in the area.
