looked like your product did clean the carpets well; the technician was very friendly and answered my questions; not a fan of learning that tips can be left….. technician was great but after leaving a tip I was about $30 over my budget

2. I added more cleaning areas & they adjusted my work order efficiently.
3. Supervisor came by to check in & make sure everything going smoothly.
4. Great job. I had them include: Deodarizing, Cleaning & Protectant
5. They were quick while doing a great job.
6. Instructed on drying times before leaving.
7. Technician wrote out invoice & provided me with a copy.
