Step 1 – We first carefully evaluate the area we will need to clean. We take stock of any potential issues that could hinder the cleaning process.

Step 2 – We then proceed to vacuum your flooring in order to remove any insoluble debris that we wouldn’t be able to break down (gravel, sand, grit, etc.).

Step 3 – After vacuuming your flooring, we then put our Oxi Stone cleaning formula to work. This solution breaks down grime particles that have attached themselves to your flooring.

Step 4 – After our solution has been applied, your Oxi Fresh technician will scrub your flooring with our special Wentzville tile and grout cleaning machine to further break down the leftover dirt particles.

Step 5 – Finally, your cleaning expert will extract any leftover solution or dirt that remains. If any areas of your grout remain heavily soiled, we will apply our Oxi Restore formula to target those stains and leave your grout looking pristine.

Step 6 (Optional) – If you wish to add this optional product, your Oxi Fresh technician will apply a protectant to the grout lines. This solution will help prevent the grout from absorbing future spills and stains, thus keeping your floors looking cleaner for longer.
