The cleaning was fine I would say it is really very comparable to other cleaning services. However the tech was 20 mins late to my appointment.

I asked to get my rug cleaned. I schedule for a specific time, we had to reschedule and when you did come, while the person that came here (Mitchell) was very nice, the rug continues to have the same stain in the same spot. Not only that but "Sir, I have already rolled your rug for you" just so that I didn't see it in time, after I signed the paper saying it was done.

I explained on the phone that I did not know the material of the couch. There is no tag and I could not get Carol House Furniture to give me any information. I had booked Stanley Steamer first. They came and told me they could not treat my couch due to that. So I called Oxi Fresh. I was assured that they would be able to clean my couch. Once the service was finished. My couch looked exactly the same and I was told that there was no way the discoloration would be removed. Which was the whole reason I booked this service from the get go.
