Considering the condition of the carpets to start, they look pretty good! Much cleaner and brighter. Unfortunately, the crew forgot to lock our front door and it remained open for the weekend. I appreciate Danny and Jessie's work!

Nothing within your control. Our first appointment was canceled less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive because of staffing issues. I had to wait another week, but they did give a discount to make up for it, and everyone was very friendly.
