Our service representative Kobe was Prompt, Professional and Detailed and kept us updated as he serviced the various areas of our home. At the end he even asked if we had any questions and have an accurate time for when all the floors would be dry. Excellent Representation for your company. Thanks!!

Although the cleaners worked diligently on cleaning the steps, the carpet is not as clean as I hoped. It seems like the really soiled areas didn’t come totally clean

As a new homeowner, first thing we wanted to do was clean the carpets before we moved in. We had a fantastic experience with Oxi Fresh as Greg (Oxi Fresh rep and cleaner) showed us that the previous homeowner had a pet or two because of what was coming up in the clean. He educated us why Oxi is different than a traditional carpet cleaning companies. Our carpet looked so much better and smelled better too! Also, it only took a few hours or less for the carpet to dry. Grateful for Greg helping us out on this. We are not afraid to walk barefoot in the house.
