Our technician (I'm so sorry I do not have his name available at the time of this review) came out was very pleasant to speak with, listened and made notes as I gave him details of how we had tried to clean the areas pointed out previously, hoping he would be able to address.
We were not disappointed one bit! He worked hard and managed to remove all of the stains and they still have not come back for than 2 weeks later, unlike they did with the method of hot water extraction.
I will absolutely be using Oxi Fresh of St Peters and requesting our specific technician again in the near future!!

Our carpet is amazingly clean, even though the little girls have had fun with makeup in their rooms. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend for sure. I would however like a heads up if cleaning will be starting 1 hour late.

Triston did a great job. He was very polite and professional.
When his machine broke he kept us posted on when he would get a replacement and asked if we had to leave the house.
