It may be surprising to hear, but our cleanings involve no sanding, no dust, and no varnish. We’ve designed our process to be gentle on your floor while still being tough on built-up dirt and grime. Let us walk you through our proven cleaning process:
Step 1 – First, we examine your floors to look for anything that could cause issues to the final product.
Step 2 – Next, we vacuum your hardwood to pick up any bits and pieces that might otherwise cause damage during the cleaning process.
Step 3 – We then bring out the OF2000, our advanced hardwood-floor-cleaning machine which is expertly designed with a combination of application, agitation, and extraction processes.
This machine is first used with a pretreatment which dissolves any built-up dirt on your hardwood. Then, we use it to apply our core cleaning solution, which further breaks down and pulls out the dirt. That’s it! Your floors will be thoroughly cleaned and look truly stunning, all without ever being drenched in product.
Step 4 (Optional) – Once the main steps of your Rolla hardwood floor cleaning are complete, we give you the option to purchase an additional service which provides extra protection for your floors. Oxi Floor Refinisher is a temporary urethane coating that can protect your floor and leave it with a semi-gloss finish.
