I wanted to wait a few days to see if this service actually worked. Few things… Yes, the pet odors have dissipated, but I don’t feel like the carpets are actually clean. There are still a few stains in the master bedroom. The other thing I was concerned about as the cleaning was being done was the guy who was doing the work, never wore foot booties, and was going in and out of the front door back to his truck in his tennis shoes and then stepping on the just clean the carpets. Although a very nice gentleman, I would consider this a pretty important step you need to implement. I feel like I’ve gotten a service to eliminate the odor but not actually did clean the carpets. When I asked the service tech about this, he said that since I vacuumed before he arrive, then that would’ve gotten up most of the dirt? Again, I am not happy with that at all.
