Our service technician Austin was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient! We were very worried about two decent sized stains on the carpet, and he made it look like brand new carpet! OxiFresh was quick to fit me in and all of the staff have been so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Every time I’ve used Oxi Fresh the service professionals have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond. They have always been very prompt as well

The carpet looks exactly the same as before the cleaning. Now it also has a crunchy coating. The tile in my bathroom looks amazing but the carpets do NOT look clean. Waste of time. I called and did not receive any communication from management.
