Our carpeting wasn’t very old but was due for a good cleaning. It was explained to us that the oxyclean lifts the dirt from the carpet and encapsulates it. The carpeting was dry within two hours and was crunchy. Once vacuumed, it was clean, soft, and looked great. There were no stains to begin with, so I really can’t comment on that, but our experience was very good!

My carpet now has a terrible stiff tacky texture and looks worse han before. I had pointed out two small stains to Brian before he started and they were still there after drying. I then got my own carpet cleaner out and easily removed them. I went on to redo a 4'x4' section and was appalled at my rinse water. I am highly disappointed in your cleaning method. It is not sanitizing.
