One large spot, that had been treated for a stain, was still soaking wet the next day, and instead of a small circle of deeply stained carpet, it is now about 2 sq ft of lightly stained carpet.

On time service, my carpet was cleaned very good even the spots I thought would not come up! The service guy was very professional and adhered to covid by wearing mask and had feet covered. I would most certainly be calling again !
