Your customer service from start to finish are awesome people, the technician who came out and cleaned our 20 plus year old carpet did a amazing job. KaShawn (sp ?) explained how the process works before starting the the job and kept us updated through out his time cleaning the 3 rooms and 2 hallways.
KaShawn is a very personal extremely friendly young man which we now days enjoy talking with the younger generation. It was a joy having him in our home.
We definitely would recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning.

I think being on time would help a lot.
Possibly giving a discount on cleaning sofa and love seat next time or discount of my next cleaning. Sending me some coupons for my next cleaning would help.

One large spot, that had been treated for a stain, was still soaking wet the next day, and instead of a small circle of deeply stained carpet, it is now about 2 sq ft of lightly stained carpet.
