Cory L. did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and the products that OxiFresh uses. He was a head of schedule and called to inform me that he was on his way. He did a great job and my carpets look absolutely amazing! Fantastic customer service!!!! I have already referred OxiFresh to 2 of my neighbors and will most definitely refer my clients to OxiFresh.

Cory the Tech was great! Also, could use the areas cleaned about an hour after complete! Quiet machine, no chemical odor. Good value

It was fast - did a great job of cleaning my carpets, even those tough stains that had been there for a few years.
Dried quickly, technician was informative, explained the process and worked very efficiently to get the job done in a timely basis
will use again for sure!

My carpet is fairy new so I was satisfied with the cleaning. It was likely not very dirty but I am trying to maintain it. Although Tanner was very polite and friendly I was not overly impressed with him.
. First he was 15 minutes late arriving with no explanation and then it was a total of 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment before he even started cleaning. Seriously it took him 25 minutes to bring in his supplies and there wasn't that much?!?!
He was constantly banging into furniture and walls with the machine and he also kept stopping to look at his phone. I might consider using Oxi Fresh again but I would be hesitant to have Tanner do the job.
