The guy was super nice however the stains in my hallway are already starting to reappear after a week. I know he worked hard on the stains in the living room and those have not started to reappear. I just wish he would have worked as hard on the hallway. EM. - South Saint Paul, MN - 10/27/2022

Your representative/cleaner was very thorough in explaining what he was able to do. My carpet was (stress the was), filthy with various stains, which I couldn’t say what they were from. The carpet took maybe 4-5 hours to be perfectly dry. My carpet is 100% better after the cleaning. I couldn’t believe how clean it got.
