I loved the cleaning that you did! I loved the service the person who cleaned it provided. But I didn’t like that the advertised $88 for two rooms ended up being $134.00. I believe that’s false advertising.

The technician was great, but your cleaning process was not effective at all for my carpet stains. In fact, one stained color spot got worse after cleaning. I'm not sure what you can do to clean better.
Jason did mention to me that he can't guarantee 100% effectiveness and I was hoping it would be 60-70%, but it didn't even achieve that.

We had a situation where our cat peed around the fireplace on the carpet when she had a UTI. We contacted OxiClean and the owner of a local franchise promptly returned our call. We informed the franchise owner of our issue and he said he could not guarantee that a regular treatment could get the odor out, but that we should start there. This plan sounded like a great start. However, this is where the follow through started to fall apart.
First, the employee was supposed to come out with a black light to show us the spots which were particularly bad and may need additional spot treatment. That never happened. So now, we do not know which specific part of the carpet is still a problem area.
Additionally, since the urine problem was not treated first, the standard cleaning suggested by the manager simply spread the smell of urine from the carpet localized around the fireplace to throughout the majority of the carpet in the room.
At this point, the "I can't guarantee it will fix the problem but we can try" isn't enough for us sink an additional $200-$300 to call the company back out for spot treatment which the company "can't guarantee will work". Instead, we are going to replace the entirety of the carpet which now smells of urine, instead of just the maybe 2x5 area in front of the fireplace.
I understand that the company cannot guarantee that the odor of urine will be gone. What I am upset about is the lack of knowledge and information about the risk of the odor of urine spreading all over the carpet during the standard treatment. I feel like a spot treatment should have been recommended first so that way when the carpet cleaning was done the odor of urine was not spread across all of our carpeting.
The only reason I am providing two stars is because the gentleman who came out to clean our carpets was a kind person. I don't think this company tried to scam me. I just think this company didn't properly handle the situation and instead created a situation where our entire carpet now smells of urine.

My score has to do with the equipment you use. The dirt and water solution wasn't extracted but rather brushed around.
