Service was good. Kevin was efficient and provided great service.
I found the product to be a bit too perfumy and the dry time was greater than advertised although the carpeting was clean.

The main area of the main floor carpet wasn't cleaned as well as I thought it could be, yes it is a heavily traveled area, but It has been cleaned better on previous visits. The bottom steps were so so, and I feel in previous visits the person worked more to try and get the stains out of the carpet.

I loved the cleaning that you did! I loved the service the person who cleaned it provided. But I didn’t like that the advertised $88 for two rooms ended up being $134.00. I believe that’s false advertising.

The technician was great, but your cleaning process was not effective at all for my carpet stains. In fact, one stained color spot got worse after cleaning. I'm not sure what you can do to clean better.
Jason did mention to me that he can't guarantee 100% effectiveness and I was hoping it would be 60-70%, but it didn't even achieve that.
