Appointment was set and tech did not show up did not communicate in anyway. when I called the office staff said that the technician was the only one and it was the owner. I had worked with this company for several years so I decided to give them another chance and rescheduled. the night before the appointment I received a text that the technician was not able to make it and offered two additional appointment times. I accepted one and the technician did come and did a nice job, however, not showing up Without any communication the first time was disappointing

Rescheduled twice (life circumstances are understandable. Cleaning job on carpet - hardly can tell it was cleaned. Grout - same. I could have done a better job on my hands and knees spending several hours so; I guess for only 1 1/2 hours I should not have expected much. Now the grout is sealed so the dirt and grime will never come out for the new owners!!
