Thankyou for the opportunity to express our disappointment in your product. The gentlemen providing the service were wonderful, the product was beyond poor! In less than an hour the gentleman had sprayed the carpeting and ran a rotating brush push unit across the areas sprayed. The entire carpeting was not treated, as evidenced by the tracks of the rotating brush unit. The carpet still looked so bad that we used our portable Bissell floor shampooer to attempt to get it clean after your men left. The Bissell pulled up a full unit of that dirt. It was just like tar and just as black. Prior to hiring your firm, we had been on our hands and knees scrubbing the carpet with Resolve and 409 Carpet Cleaner with only minimum results; therefore we thought a professional cleaner would be a solution. In summary, after your services the carpet remained very soiled and the odor was not eliminated. We asked the gentleman why it had not done a better job and the response was simply that the carpet had been stomped-on repeatedly and damaged the fibers so they could not be cleaned any more. The Bissell managed to clean the broken fibers. Perhaps, we should have just used that machine from the beginning. We were extremely disappointed and do not expect to use your services again in the future, nor recommend it to our friends and family...it does not do the job!

The man who did our cleaning wasn't feeling up to par that day. He did the best he could. Still have some spots that did not come clean. He should have waited to come when he felt better.
