I'm a satisfied, repeat customer for semi-annual carpet cleaning services provided by Oxi-Fresh Cleaning Services of International Falls. Carpet service specialist, Tom Parish, performs his excellent carpet cleaning services using safe, biodegradable cleaning supplies. The cleaning technic does NOT saturate the carpeting; thereby, leaving a quick -drying carpet cleaned result. Oxi-Fresh Carpeting Services of International Falls is my preferred service company to complete the job to my satisfaction. Thank you!

It took him an hour and a half to do 6 rooms, stairs and arms and pillows of three chairs. Spots were still in carpet and dissatisfied with chairs. I have had oxyfresh before and very satisfied but not this time

It was a father and son that came to my house, we specifically said we needed under the bed done and when I asked the son if he was ready for my husband to help him move the bed he said he had already done it, when in fact he had not done so. Although they did come back to do it both times they were at my house they did not remove their shoes and after they left I was wiping water from their shoes from my hardwood floors and picking up debris from outside that came from their shoes from the newly “cleaned” carpet.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable person doing the work. Love that it dries in no time at all, looks great, and lasts for at least 2-3 years. This was our second time and we won’t hesitate to have it again in a few years.
