Jamal did a great job! He notified me when he was coming. When traffic caused a delay, he called back to tell me he was running 15 minutes behind. I appreciated the heads up. His service was very good. I'd recommend him for carpet cleaning services.

I expected the carpet to look cleaner/better based on the recommendation I received. I am also concerned about residual chemical left in the carpet and whether it will attract more dirt in the traffic areas.

The service man was great! But the carpet does not feel clean. The process doesn't rinse the cleaner or remove the dirt. I still have a spot that has odor. I don't feel it was a deep clean. Does the brush tool just push the dirt deeper?
