Our technician was prompt, friendly and thorough! He didn't just launch into the job he took a moment to walk room to room and made suggestions based on what he saw and what our desired outcome was. Some companies will try to gouge you as far as pricing once on site, but Nelson was honest when giving his assessment. Nelson is absolutely fantastic! Wow! He is extremely professional, courteous and just a great guy. I have a 6 year old dog that has IBD so she constantly gets sick inside the house. Nelson did such a great job on cleaning and deodorizing my home. He went above and beyond to make sure the carpet and area rugs were completely deodorized.
