Nelson, the technician was timely and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me. I really like the fact the the cleaning process is low moisture. My carpets look great! I would highly recommend Oxi Fresh!

My entire living room was not cleaned. my couch was not moved.
I paid 163.00 and My carpet just doesn’t look as if it’s been cleaned.

I loved the service. Nelson showed up on time and left the apartment in smelling wonderful. I had some coffee stains which have now disappeared. I recommend this service and I will use them again next time.

He was great - very communicative the day before and the day of the rug cleaning. Very clear about what he would do and what I should do to keep my rug in good shape. I would definitely recommend to others.
