Both the technician and the cleaning job far exceeed my expectations. I recently moved into a house with white carpet throughout the entire main level and upper level. The technician was perfectly friendly and professional. the carpets had suffered some spills as the home belonged to my late uncle and before his passing he had some severe falls and spills in the home that left dark stains in the carpet as well as stains from just normal foot traffic. The carpets looked so totally refreshed once it was all done. There were a couple of spots that I did not expect to come out at all and some of them he was able to clean completely while others were so much lighter than I thought possible. Because we'd just moved in, I had a lot of cleaning and unpacking to work on. After showing him the areas to be cleaned, he asked my preference for the order in which to proceed through the rooms. He and I were able to work seamlessly in the house without ever bumping into each other or being in each other's way. I am very happy for the outcome, the price, and the entire experience.
