Alex ask for tips, if he did a good job of course I will give the Tips but he did a terrible job and extra charges. I already payed the Service fee, that means the fees going to him like tips.

Appointment was scheduled at 2:45pm. No one called out or reached out to me. After 3 calls back n forth with the company and not being able to reach the Technician, I was given Maruska the owner's number who did not pickup my call, voicemail box was full and did not reply back to my text. Somehow the Technician reached out to me and was running late and finally came at 4:45pm. Carpet cleaning looked just about ok ,not fresh or clean

The service man can and had very little supplies and than ran out. My rug in two rooms have been destroyed. I called to complain and was told the owner of the location would call me. It is two days later and I still have not been called.
