I had an event that I needed to go to , so I didn't have the time to ensure certain areas was attended to like I wanted. for example getting under bed as much as possible and also opening the door to laundry room to clean the carpet that was just under the doors edge..

Professional, thorough and good cleaning. There were no chemical odors left after the cleaning. The carpet was clean and dry.

I was pleased to have an upholstered sofa cleaned so thoroughly as it was heavily damaged during a long distance move. I especially liked that your products are ‘green’ and do not require hoses into the house. The technician was delightful and very professional.

Alex ask for tips, if he did a good job of course I will give the Tips but he did a terrible job and extra charges. I already payed the Service fee, that means the fees going to him like tips.
