The carpets look wonderful - great job all the way around. Alex was extremely helpful with assisting me with a few heavy items. He also was very flexible with scheduling having to be changed due to building management issues.

I had a large spot of black ink in my cream colored carpet. Oxi clean took their time and got the whole stain out. I was thrilled. They saved me a lot of money as I did not have to replace the carpeting.
