Hi, The cleaner did not arrive on time and was 45 minutes late and only called me 20 minutes after my appointment to tell me he was late. . When he got there he was unable to speak English and I didn’t know what he was saying or what I was ordering. The cleaner was very nice and the carpets came out ok but not great. . I spoke to the manager about the 45 late but she didn’t seem to care. I am very disappointed because I heard the company was good.
