Andy was very friendly and hard working, my complaint is that it is advertised and was told that it would be dry in one hour and took almost 26 hours to fully dry. I had to keep my pets locked in my bedroom and kids had no where to go as rugs were both upstairs and downstairs. My cat did get out twice and laid down on the rug, which though told non toxic still worries me as then he goes and gets in my children's lap. I would have schedule in a different day and time if I had known it would take this long. It was incredibly stressful dealing with the wet carpet, pets and small children. The smell on carpet is worse than prior and did not work.

Found the company online and did not know what to expect. Andy was awesome....explain everything in detail and was very professional. Our carpets are beautiful and look new again....we will be calling on your services again twice a year. The cost was very reasonable for 5 rooms.
