They came to my home at my convenience. The person doing the carpet was very pleasant. His name was Sergio. He also made sure I was completely satisfied. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company. I will be calling you people next time I want my carpets clean.

Service was very good and at a great rate! Hopefully, you will add carpet cleaning to your services offered soon. Also, the brand is not well known in Northeast, maybe you should do some local ad campaign.

My rug is ruined they scrubbed it so hard, if they don’t know how to clean a wool rug they should have told me. It’s totally noticeable and looks awful.

I don’t feel like my carpets smell clean. Even guest that I had over said they’ve used other companies and you can smell the freshness whereas mine was not that way. I’m not impressed with the cleaning products, and I also received an email saying my appointment was cancelled when we actually had the service.
