Called to get someone to come back out to clean my carpet cause I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning and the guy representative that answered the phone had a nasty attitude he gave me a hard time i wasn't looking for free service was willing to pay but I'll just find another company. I paid $360 to get two tiny rooms cleaned. They didn’t even move the furniture so only spall areas were actually cleaned. My couch still had crumbs and stains as well. I was really excited about getting my carpets and couch cleaned for my newborn. I literally started crying because I’m out of almost $400 bucks and I still have to get my carpets and couch cleaned. The person Jonathan, who sent out here, said that he could not move anything not even the chairs at the dining room table, but out of all of that, I have a very long tablecloth on the dining room table, and when I asked him, why didn’t he go under that table, he said because the tablecloth is long as they were, you mean to me, you couldn’t pick up the tablecloth the shampoo that end his thing was well I’ll tell my boss that you weren’t satisfied. I just thought that was ridiculous. He could’ve called me and I would have moved that, so no I was not satisfied and with the rug in the kitchen it was just as dirty I don’t and he said well he cleaned it and the rug in the den he said it was wool so he could use or do anything better to that I have never had a service that was so poorly done. No, he was very polite and his conversation but that didn’t mean anything because the job was not done. Did not appreciate the service at all. JT. - Slidell, LA - 03/07/2023
