They did a very bad job cleaning my carpet. My carpet had big dirty spots on it. He said that the dirty spots where to old and he can't clean big dirty spots. The carpet was done poorly. Carpet still dirty. EM. - Shreveport, LA - 12/29/2023

I realize the guy who cleaned my carpet was by himself however, he did not have very much to clean and no heavy furniture to move.He never cleaned under the beds and left a real mess at the entrances of both bedrooms When I called the company and asked if he could come back and finish what he had not done, I was told by the girl who answered the phone, I would have to pay the full price again. I had called twice and was done the same thing. Obviously, your company is not committed to service or you surely do not stand behind your work. I had recommended your company to a friend.
