I loved the machine used. I could actually see the steam coming up from the carpet. NOT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY OF CLEANING CARPET. SATURATING CARPET WITH WATER THEN SUCKING THE WATER UP WITH A CARPET CLEANING MACHINE. Which leaves your carpet and padding wet for hours and smells as it dries. The machine was quicker, more efficient and much faster. My carpet was smelling 1,000 percent better and cleaner after years of cleaning it the OLD FASHIONED WAY. I will never go back to that again. I'm interested in getting my entire home steam cleaned. I would highly recommend this. It's better for your carpet, flooring and furniture. It's steam not water.
