zack did a bad job he was rude and very aggressive with the female at my property..i paid to get the carpet deodorize all zack did was sprayed the spots with some kind of deodorize and he did not clean the corners and he told me i had to tip him before he finished cleaning the carpet..and he still did a half clean VH. - Schaumburg, IL - 06/13/2023
