I had an appt scheduled in Schaumburg, IL on 20 @ 8:00am and they never showed up.
No call/email/text nothing..
I wouldn’t recommend.

I explained over the phone at the time of booking what my needs were. I explained the type of carpet and that there were stains from my pet and I was quoted a price. When the person arrived to clean the rug he explained that he wasn’t aware he’d be cleaning it and was only sent for an evaluation. He also said that he didn’t have the right soaps and tools to clean my area rug and quoted a price that was more than double what we were told.
