The technician came earlier than scheduled, he acted like he could do whatever he wanted in the house, he was telling us we needed to do more and pay more than we wanted, he had his outdoor shoes on and walked all over the house (not just the carpet he was cleaning), he used the kitchen sink without permission after asking my husband to use it to fill his dirty tank up (he didn’t listen and used it anyway... we have a utility sink for that), he was coughing all over the place (even though he had a mask it felt uncomfortable), he smelled like smoke, came into the kitchen where I had my kids separated to not be exposed to a worker to complete their school work, then asked to put his dirty shoes on a mat or a towel so he wouldn’t slip, and he left it dirty for us to clean (why couldn’t he carpet clean the carpet mat he used?). Globs of fur and dirt were left behind for us to clean up.
Not sure what you can do to make this right, it was a terrible experience.. a free future cleaning with a different technician? I highly do not recommend at this point.

Didn’t remove or clean any stains, the machine had a dog odor on it that left it lingering in my home for a whole day, no fresh smell no stain removal like advertised. The rug didn’t get cleaned or freshened up and stains are still all over, I would like my money back, that would be fair.
