No one showed up. We called twice and were told someone would call back with an update and no one called either time. I called this morning to let them know and was told an owner would call me in 24 to 48 hours and the was NOT acceptable. 24 to 48 hours just to get a call back for a missed appointment? If I were the owner I would go out of my way to get to that person and make it right. I cancelled and found another company to come out tomorrow and do the cleaning. 1. You do not use water to clean the carpet, only spray little some liquid and then use brush the carpet. 2. Do not vacuum the carpet dirt and the technician said he does not clean the edges, this not what i saw when have another company done the carpet last time. 3. He also upcharge for the deodorant and the carpet protection, that is fine but that was per room and I only said I wanted it in 3 rooms or so and paid that way. At the end of the cleaning I ask what about the deodorant and the protection he said he already had mixed it in the spray that he sprayed before starting to clean the carpet. So that means he charged for for the 3 rooms or so and sprayed in all the rooms, what a liar. 4. Not only I paid more with your service then previous service and have poor job done to the carpet. 5. Your email specials ad is confusing and misleading. It does not show that there is an additional $25 service charge. Very frustrating when you think you are getting a good deal then really it's $25 more than the published sale price. NW. - Forest Park, IL - 02/07/2021

Hello - I was very disappointed with the cleaning service. The worker arrive at my house about 20 minutes to our appt and I had just walked in the door from work. I proceed to show him the rug and sectional and he immediately started sputtering on about he wouldn't be able to get them clean. I wasn't sure what the point of having someone come to the house to clean your items only to be told they wouldn't come clean. Then we went upstairs and he wanted to charge me $50 more for the bedroom and $20 more for the closet. I provided the square footage of the room in my initial call and I wouldn't expect him to say it would be more b/c the walls in the room made one part a little smaller. In addition cleaning a closet should be part of the quote. He also noted he wouldn't be moving any furniture which I asked about when I called and I was told that if it can easily be moved around they would do that at the time of the cleaning. I was also asked to upgrade to have the stairs cleaned and had to say no 2-3 times. At the end in signing the bill they asked for a tip to add on to the bill which put me in a weird situation. I didn't want to top the gentleman who came in and treated me like I was on a used car lot. I was also told this process would take 3 - 3.5 hours and he was in and out in an hour. I don't really feel like the couch is any cleaner just spraying that solution on it. I can febreeze my couch. I wouldn't use your services again. AE. - Elmhurst, IL - 08/25/2020

Zack called to say he was on his way & showed up right on time. He was professional and knowledgeable & got right to work. I have an older dog, who'd had a couple of accidents, and he had the products and know-how to get my family room carpet clean and smelling fresh again. My basement carpet had general dirt/foot traffic and some stains, and he took care of those too. Zack answered all of my questions too. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
