Scheduling was a mixup and we accommodated. Never told when scheduling no credit cards, only check or cash but then said Zelle. Was told cleaning would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. Took him 30 minutes and drying time took over 2 days in certain spots. It was to be a charge for 3 room service but at point of leaving said main room was larger even though 2 bedrooms were cleaned around edges of beds. But added extra charge. I used Mike once before and never experienced any of the above mentioned.

The OxiFresh service is great, Mike Marchi takes pride in his work, even though my carpets are older, when he finishes , they look new.
The fact that they dry so quickly is a CB bonus.
