Scheduling was a mixup and we accommodated. Never told when scheduling no credit cards, only check or cash but then said Zelle. Was told cleaning would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. Took him 30 minutes and drying time took over 2 days in certain spots. It was to be a charge for 3 room service but at point of leaving said main room was larger even though 2 bedrooms were cleaned around edges of beds. But added extra charge.
