40 minutes late to appointment. Guy talked more than he worked. Kept asking me weird questions. Saw I had furniture on my porch. Asked to have it. Recommended a service without specifying that there was an extra charge. Was charged $80 over my estimate.

The technician did a very nice job, and the carpets dryed really quick, plus the gentlemen was polite and curious. Will highly use again, and Will highly recommend this company to other people. Thanks again and really fine job !!!!!!

Agent quickly checked the three rooms, spotted a few dark spots (likely soda or coffee)
and told us the price would be $40 higher. I refused to pay the additional and the
regular cleaning came out so-so.

Dave was so nice and did such a good job on our carpeting. He made sure he satisfied our needs and questions. If all your associates are as good as Dave your business will be very successful. I would highly recommend and will be using your business again.
