We hadn't had a carpet shampoo for about 10 years, so traffic areas were really dirty. The carpet cleaner made an extra effort on those areas, and while there's still slight shading there, the carpet cleaning removed most of the soil. The service was very quick and the carpet looks fresh and clean. The Oxi Clean rep was very friendly and explained the process well before she began the cleaning, which I really appreciated as it is different from the standard carpet cleaning. I was happy with the reduced use of water and the environmental benefits, and will use the service again, probably on an annual basis. How We Clean

Step 1
First, we inspect the hardwood floor that you want us to clean. We do this to find any problem areas that might need extra attention.

Step 2
Next, we'll vacuum the hardwood floor. This should remove any debris that could act as an abrasive against the hardwood during our cleaning process.

Step 3
Next, we begin cleaning with our pretreatment solution and the OF2000. The OF200, our wood floor cleaning machine, will apply the solution to the floor while also scrubbing the boards with a special brush. As the OF2000 passes over the floor, it also extracts the spent solution and now broken up residues and grime. This remarkable cleaning machine does a number on dirt and is safe for wood floors.

Step 4
We’ll then apply, agitate, and extract our follow-up solution via the OF2000. At this point in your hardwood floor cleaning in Belleville, your wood floors should be in tip-top shape.

Step 5 (Optional)
Once we are done with the main stages of our cleaning, you'll have the option to add our Oxi Floor Refinisher. This product forms a urethane coating over the hardwood floor, giving it a nice, semi-gloss finish.
