Trying to get a hold of the franchise owner. She won’t pick up my call and her voice mailbox is full. Try getting her email and I get told calling her is the only way to get a hold of her.
This is after my quote was for 250 and they end up charging me 595.

Had a horrible experience- still bothers me after 5 months!!!!!. Hired oxifresh to do a whole house carpet deep cleaning because we were just about to put our house up for sale & this was one of the final steps. The technician upon arrival immediately tried to upsell me with treatments I wouldn’t need because I was moving & then upcharged me stating my bedroom & living room counted for 2 rooms instead of one & they weren’t even that much bigger then the other bedrooms! Why wasn’t I informed this when I made the call for an estimate that there was a potential to pay more due to room size? Guess I was an idiot for not knowing but oh well. The tech then proceeded to tell me his vacuum was broken & could he use mine- my carpet was still wet & I was not willing to ruin my vacuum because it’s not a wet vac! I have a black cat so he ended up leaving all these black clumps of hair everywhere- my carpet looked worse afterwards! I found out he was also emptying the cat hair from his cleaning device down my toilets! I told him please not to do that since I had issues with clogging in the past & his response was the hair is soft & that it wasn’t a problem- it’s HAIR!! Not toilet paper! So then I had to clean all those toilets again & revacuum everything once the carpets dried. He even skipped a flight of steps (I could tell because afterwards I could see the same crumbs on the steps that were there before he started) but was still changed for it. On top of that the tech kept asking personal questions (ie: financial -how much tax I pay etc) which I was very uncomfortable with seeing how I was alone in the house-my husband was at work - he was just so unprofessional. At the end he stood over my shoulder basically pressuring me push the button on his iPad for a tip which I think the lowest was like 20%? Then he has the gall to tell me to leave him a great review & if I knew how to use google. I just wanted him out of my house & the nightmare to end! I really felt like a fool being taken advantage of like that but he made me feel unsafe in my own home. I called the company to share my experience & talked to someone named Dominic but do you think they even offered any recompense? NOPE!! Just a “sorry that happened to you” kind of schpeel.
In future I will never use this company again & if I could give zero stars I would.

Cleaning took less than an hour for five rooms and a hall. Vacuum marks not uniform.

Our Oxifresh experience traumatized us from ever wanting to hiring someone to clean or work on our house again. The individual who cleaned our home spent the entire time up selling and pressuring us to include more add-ons. I’m sure we told him “no” over 50 times. If he wasn’t pushing us to add on more options, he was bringing up the fact that he hadn’t received his COVID relief package and kept asking if we received ours, if we qualify for one, and what where we worked. Additionally, he insisted we tip and give him a 5 star rating. He even went to the extend of taking my husband’s phone, pulling up the survey, entering in his name and a 5 star rating, and then wouldn’t leave our house until he watched him husband submit the survey (with his self proclaimed rating).
