They didn’t come on the scheduled day the first time. When I called they said the technician didn’t receive notice of the appointment. Then the price quoted was higher than when they were supposed to come the first time. They did discount it: The technician cleaned for approximately 10 minutes. It takes me 10 minutes to vacuum so I’m not sure how they sufficiently cleaned the carpet in such a short time frame. CH. - Batavia, IL - 08/04/2023

Information given upon call was incorrect. And also service was poor and not much done. Also worker canceled first appointment and then late mext rescheduled day. Should have not trusted that all businesses are honest and quality: let my guard down. Live and learn NB. - Geneva, IL - 05/13/2023
