From day one, Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning has been very prompt, easy to communicate with and informed us when there were other options to use to get the best outcome for the cleaning. We were sent before and after photos which made us so grateful, since we live out of state. Plus, the cost of this highly professional cleaner was very reasonable. We have used Oxi Fresh on two of our homes and we will definitely use them again!

We were originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m. but got a note saying we were rescheduled for 12:30. That did upset our plans for the day. Then no one showed. When we emailed for input, the answers were vague as to when we would have service. Finally, we received a phone call (thank you) saying we would have service at 3:30, three hours late. That really destroyed our day. We received no explanation as to why this happened, so I asked. I was told that the appointment before us had not been real about how bad their carpets were and needed extra time -- three hours extra!!? Then why did not your technician report in that his schedule was compromised to let us know, and I'm sorry, three extra hours does not pass the lie test. We like the service you supply but have much trouble with your deceit. If you have further info to pass on to us, please do. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my technician. I can't remember his name but possible Rodelfo. He worked very hard to get the stains out of my carpet and was very polite!

Very nice carpet cleaning process - easy setup, personable technician, timely arrival, professional job. Carpeting throughout house looks clean and smells fresh. Would use this company again.

I liked that the person cleaning the carpets at our house, sent pictures showing stains that needed attention but was told it would cost $25 per room, at that time. We also asked to see pictures after the cleaning and they were sent to us showing how clean they now were. Also, the person cleaning communicated with me during the day to let me know when he arrived and when he left. I also liked the fact that the cleaner that was used was organic and safe for children and pets.
I was not happy about being told the upstairs hallway was not included in the price quoted. When I scheduled the service, I told the person on the phone that our house had carpet in the three bedrooms, the stairway, the landing upstairs and the hallway between the two bedrooms upstairs. I did forget to tell them about the carpet in the downstairs bedroom closet which was added to the bill. I totally agreed with this. They then called me and told me there was no landing but there was a hallway. I told the person scheduling about the hallway, but apparently, they didn't write it down. The hallway is very short and narrow, so I don't know why they would not have used the price quoted for the landing to cover the short hallway. Instead they increased the cost. It also was increased due to the stains discovered. I wish I was told by the person I scheduled the cleaning with that if there were stains discovered, it would cost $25 more per room!!! I told the person who scheduled this service that the house is empty and no one would be there. When the technician arrived, I received a call from the owner of the cleaning company saying the bill needed to be paid before they did the service due to no one being there. This was fine but, I wish this was told prior to the cleaning date so I could have had this ready in advance. There needs to be more communication to the client as to what the expectations are prior to the time of the service. Especially if they are not able to send an invoice to be paid and about the extra cost for any stains that are discovered.
