Oxi Fresh of Star are always prompt. The process goes quickly and my carpets dry faster than other methods I have used. The carpets are fresh and clean.

Now 3 out of 4 area rug carpets have large streaks in them. I’ll have to rent a rug cleaner and hopefully eliminate the problem. One area rug had a stain that was about 6” in diameter. Now the stain is over a foot.
The technician was very nice but the results are absolutely horrible.
I’ll look for a phone number that I can text you the pictures. I hope you’ll tear up our check. The 20 bucks I handed Nick was deserved for attitude and effort.
