The technician was efficient and knowledgeable of carpet cleaning. I always appreciate the fact that the carpet is not soaked and dries within a couple of hours with stains removed. Good job!!

The tech was very nice and friendly but the carpet felt crusty afterwards like there was some residue left. The stairs actually look like they are a lighter color.
