Yes, my carpet was dirty and that’s why I called for your company to clean it. The carpet looks like a kid tried to clean it, it still looks dirty. (Not the way it shows on your web site) The person that supposedly took care of the problem did not take any initiative to clean the carpet. One can see the streaks of the spray that he used throughout the area that he supposedly cleaned. I really hope that you will take care of it and make things good. No bad feelings. I’m looking forward to have a job done the way it supposed to be but please do not send the same technician to correct the obvious problem. Thank you so much for your concern , I’m looking forward to a 100% job that I expected in the first place. PS. - Boise, ID - 08/12/2023
