Very satisfied. I did not expect the heavy traffic track to be cleaned. Ryan went above and beyond to clean the areas. The area was not completely cleaned by the previous company. Definitely will use Oxi Fresh again.

My ivory-colored wool stair carpets had stubborn stains that had remained though multiple carpet cleanings. The Oxi Fresh method removed those years-old stains. I hadn't expected that. I called Oxi Fresh because it advertised being environmentally friendly. The Oxi Fresh ad stated, "you can rely on Oxi Fresh to rescue carpets and upholstery with ease…the method is tough on stains, but gentle on carpets and the planet." Truth in advertising, Three cheers!!!
